Bella

Bella is currently raising her fourth and final litter. Once she is finished and has time to rest, she will be spayed. Bella will remain with us as our cherished little Bella-Bean.

Bear

Bear was never a breeding cat. He is the one who started it all for us. Originally, he was going to be our only Maine Coon. Little did we know how deeply we would fall in love with the breed.

Part of being an ethical breeder is knowing when to retire a cat from our breeding program. It's imperative our cats spend the majority of their lives as beloved house pets. They should simply enjoy their days lounging on laps, basking in the sun, and playfully knocking random things off shelves... Just being cats.

At Bella Maine Coons, we ensure our cats are bred no more than twice a year and only for 2-3 years. Upon retirement, our cats either remain with us or are adopted into a qualified forever home.

Retired Maine Coon Cats

We thoroughly qualify families for our retired cats just as meticulously as we do for our kittens. These are cats we've raised and loved their entire lives, and letting them go—if we even choose to—is incredibly difficult for us emotionally.

Our Retired Maine Coon Cats need to be cared for and fed exactly as they have been throughout their lives with us. Regular checkups on their well-being will be required to ensure they continue to thrive in their new homes.
